We stayed here for 3 nights. Will talk about the positives first. The location of this hotel is great - it is a few minutes' walk to Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, and a little further down, the Brera District. Missori station is also just around the corner. Great location, just a couple mins from the Duomo square on foot. The staff were all very welcoming. The rooms were modern, clean and very comfortable. Excellent shower and bathroom facilities, only slight comment would be that guests should take their own hairdryer as the one in our room was not great. I just spent two nights at The Square Milano Duomo, which has a great location that allowed us to walk easily to all our destinations. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. However, I would have rated it four stars if it weren't for the disappointing service. Difficult time with lack of customer service! Unfair Treatment!

The hotels check in process was mixed up and not fair to customers. With the first couples check in the hotel tried to charge them for his spouse. It was an extra 50 Euros a night, instead of understanding that an online reservation might have said 1, but we were traveling as couples! In the end the customer found a way to make it happen for them, meanwhile the front desk was blind to customer service its trying to ...
