What a nice place to stay. We arrived very late and very tired and the check in was superbly quick and easy. The room was very nice, super clean and the bed was perfect for 2 very tired people. Breakfast the next morning was excellent and the staff very attentive and friendly. The hotel is well situated and despite the weather being pretty ordinary we could walk to a number of attractions. We had an enjoyable stay. All staff were helpful and attentive, from the moment of arrival to reception staff and restaurant & bar staff.
Breakfast very good, the evening meals were most excellent and delicious.
The restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly. We would especially like to mention and thank Sally, Lenny & Valentina who all provided very good service and were most attentive.

Not a safe place to be

Location is very dodgey with street gangs hanging around near the subway. Our friends rooom was accessed by a potential thief and the night Manager refused to take any action. Pokice were involved only after our friends demanded some action, the Hotel was happy to sweep it under the carpet. The hotel is old, in average condition but reasonably clean. Excellent hotel with professional staff

I stayed 3 nights with family. Although nlit is more a business hotel, they provided all the conforts available for the kids. Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Very quiet, in an excellent location. One of the best hotels I stayed at its category. Definitely recommend. ...
