Claimed there was a leak in the roof, didnt honour our booking.Moved us to another hotel at midnight!

I had done a lot of research on where to stay for a quick overnight transit stay in Milan. We chose this hotel due to location and ammenities. Due to multiple delays with our flights we rang the hotel to tell them we were still coming but wouldnt be there untill approximately 10-11pm. Fabulous hotel next to the train station

Fabulous hotel right next to the central train station in Milan. The reception staff are brilliant, very helpful and friendly. Its a 30-40 minute walk into the centre, but alternatively the reception will call a taxi which arrives really quickly. There is a great selection for breakfast. Our rooms were clean and modern, one had a little balcony and a view of the beautiful train station. Downstairs the bar feels sop...

Great modern hotel within a 3 minutes walk from the Milan Centrale train station. Check in was fast and easy. Breakfast at Orto (green food & mood) had an awesome spread and service was amazing!! (The watermelon was fresh and sweet!) and Mai Mai, our server, was the best!!!...

Great location, services and drinks. It was a great place to stay while in between cities and train trips. We loved the breakfast. Front desk made a great recommendation for dinner, too. Gym view overlooked the city. I highly recommend this hotel....

The hotel was very clean, located directly across the train station, and breakfast was delicious. The staff, especially front desk, was super friendly, accommodating and welcoming. My one complaint would be that the water pressure in the showers was not very strong. Management should look into rectifying that throughout the hotel....
