Hotel and Staff - Outstanding!

Our room was excellent: the staff was outstanding and the location is wonderful. The staff on the lounge (Stefano and Rita) were simply the very best hosts and staff. They made spending many evenings in the lounge fun, entertaining and insightful into things to do in the city they love. We highly recommend this hotel and the outstanding staff that make it all work!...

Excellent experienceone we would love to do again,

The hotel is beautifulbut the staff is exceptional. Especially Stefano and Rita in the lounge/bar. We visited all three nights, and both went out of their way to help us navigate the city, bring us wonderful drinks, food, and the most friendly atmosphere. I will highly recommend this hotel because of the two of them, but also the comfort we felt when we were there....

Very good location, but no-friendly staff

It is the third time I come to this hotel, I chosed it for location
( very close to Milano Centrale) and the quality of the accomodation( that it used to be) But this time I was really dissapointed.

Bad customer Service

Ridiculous customer service.. Very bad experience with the reservation team, called multiple times and send serveral emails to resolve an issue with a direct booking through their website and no reponse on the matter. Very disappointing customer service....

Great spot

Great spot, outside Central station, close to the metro, comfortable and clean. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Ease of check in, comfy mattress.
I chose this for location and it was perfect after a long train ride from Nice. We were in main spots around the city in minutes with the local transport links...
