Firstly I just want to say this wasnt our first choice hotel as the one we originally picked was closing so we didnt really know what to expect from spice hotel. The room we stayed in was lovely though with really nice views, good cleaning and restocking of mini fridge every day. There wasnt many loungers around the pool or at all people lounging so was nice and quiet however the pool was just wasted sitting there...

Exterior and Lobby: The hotel exterior is visually appealing, and the entrance foyer is impressive with opulent decor, including gold posts, plush furniture, and unique sitting areas. The lobby sets high expectations with its luxurious appearance.

Big disappointment, we were there in 2022, really liked the staff and the team that entertained the guests, different programs, respect for the guests. Now the staff has changed. In September 2024, the staff was terrible, they don't care, even in small things, if you ask for coffee, they bring tea, the waiters do not understand English, they only speak Turkish, they do not even try to understand.
