Really enjoyed this property. The hotel is modern and hip. Service was great. Rooms were a good size and the bathroom was huge. The room and bathroom was super clean. The hotel is steps from the Galleria and Duomo. Would definitely stay at this property again.
I did not realize I had breakfast included with my rate, so did not eat the hotel, but it looked like a good offering....

This hotel is awesome! Efficient, friendly and professional staff. Everyone has a smile on their face. The location cant be beat for shopping, site seeing and dining. Within walking distance of the major shops, the Duomo is right around the corner. I dont quite know how to start to review this wonderful hotel, just everything about it and the staff is as my title saysexceptional!
From the moment we arrived my husband and I experienced a type of service you rarely get these daysour bags were collected and carried from our taxi by a member of staff and we were greeted with smiles and genuine warmth by the whole reception team.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in for a long time. Everything was fantastic from the moment we checked in to the moment we left, with the lovely Fabio and Marco sorting out a mistake in our tab from the bar. This hotel is so close to everything but so quiet, which is much appreciated when you spend long days working.
