We stayed here for five nights in October.
I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews here.
It is a hotel in a European city so the rooms will not be massive, but ours 108 was large with a smaller seating area just inside the suite.
The bathroom was split with a bath with a shower over it, toilet and bidet and separate sink - so one person could be making themselves up while the other was bathing.

Had a nice stay here, but was extremely disappointed that they checked us into a room below that which we had booked, without telling us. An unnecessary situation ensued, once we discovered that our room was not as booked, when they could have just explained what the problem was at check in. The icing on the cake though was when they tried to charge us for the original room !

Having read some previous reviews I was concerned but need not have been.
This is an absolutely lovely hotel. Beautiful decor everywhere, very comfortable beds, spacious room, quiet and peaceful with friendly staff.
The air conditioning worked well which was just as well during the heatwave.
The breakfast is superb and the breakfast waiter we had all week was outstanding remembering what we would want and bringing...

The hotel was unexpectedly excellent stay for us and here are the reasons. I went to the hotel with my family without realising that I made reservations for 1 night on a wrong date. But the reservation desk was accommodating and quickly arranged for our rooms (2 twin sharing rooms) to be ready. We got 1 room ready while the other was being cleaned. The room was spacious and clean! We had ample space to keep our big l...

Not what expected after 4 years.

The hotel shouldnt get a 5 stars rating, maybe 3 stars.
We visited the hotel 4 years ago and its too bad they still have the issue of the construction just in front of them, limiting their access on the street.
The reception area smells mold, probably because of the carpets in the area.
The restaurant wasnt opened as advertised;
Our room was big but everythings looked old. Their cleaning wasnt satisfied.
