The hotel was good but not exceptional, partly due to its location. As others have said it is a few miles from the centre of Milan. It's possible to use bus and metro but not easy, especially if you are not able to walk very far. The 'open' concept is OK, but the shower floods the bathroom! And no coffee in the bedroom! Apparently that only comes with the more expensive rooms....

A modern hotel in Milan that is clean, comfortable, with excellent staff and service and great breakfast. It was booked for me by travel agent as part of a package city break. The only drawback is that it's away from centre. A taxi will take you to central train station in about 20 minutes but cost you around £30. However, you can walk to bus stop in about 10 min and this takes you to the nearest metro stop in 15 min...

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very nice, classy, clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. We found it easy to commute to Milan centre. Got the number 83 bus close to the hotel (5 minute walk) to the metro station (10 minutes) then metro to the centre (15 minutes). Had a great experience. Would definitely return....

Hotel lovely the staff are lovely and very helpful
Clean tidy modern everything you need for a city break just the one drawback is that its way too far out from the centre of Milan
We had a few taxis and it cost anywhere from 25 to over 30 euros
Did catch the bus to the metro and then metro to the Duomo however the journey back was traumatic as I had my purse stolen and my friend had her phone stolen from the po...

This Hotel is lovely and fantastically decorated but : location is difficult to get to . A tube from Milan central with a tube change then a bus ride after that . When we arrived there was no food available. The dining room was closed on Sunday evening for a private function .
