Great hotel for a weekend trip

We had a great stay at NYX Milan.
The hotel is in a really great location, next to Central station and so easy to get anywhere. Also great if youre getting the bus from the airport.
The hotel rooms were clean and modern. They even have a pillow menu so we were able to get pillows that were perfect for us - we slept amazingly all through our stay!

My wife and I booked two rooms to stay for 4 days. Initially the rooms were OK, but for some reason the hotel broadcasts music in the hallway 24 hours a day, and it was so loud that we both couldn't sleep well. We talked to the front desk and they switched our rooms to 1004 and 1007 away from the hallway speakers. Duration: Stayed for 2 nights.
Location: cant fault the location if you want to be close to transport and dont want to have to drag luggage around too much. It is pretty much across from the Milan Central station.
Getting there: Minutes walk from the station on mainly paved and large pebbled roads. The area around the station is very well lit at night so walking back to the hotel isnt an issue.

Strategic location as it is just a stones throw away to the train station. Room is exquisite and with basic amenities.
Hotel is fairly new with modern interiors. I love that they have several elevators. But the downer is their steps to the hotel where one will have to carry up their luggages.
Thankfully, there are 2 porters ready to bring their luggages up their steps and even down the steps when you check out....

Excellent location, easy access to the surroundings, and excursions that you have planned out.
The room is nice, clean, modern with great views!
Single out Silvia at the reception for her assistance and excellent customer experience!
