Worst hotel room ever!!!

The worst experience we had for our hotel in Italy!
Reasons:
1. Cold room in the winter
The max temp the room can go is 24C when we called them to increase the temp they just said No! rudely. The room is cold even during the day and not needed to say coldest at night.
I come from the US, and among all the hotels I went, this is the coldest among all!!!

Super cold and unfriendly staffs

The room is super cold. We were not able to increase the beacuse the max on the AC setting is 24c (which the room temperature is not actually 24c at this setting). When we asked the staffs if they could increase the max for the AC setting, they said no. So, we shivered the whole night, and in the morning myself and my spouse both had soarthrout. Such a terrible experience! ...

The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station and a main square. The minute we walked to the stairs to be welcomed by a doorman who collected our bags to walk up the stairs to when Amir met us with an upgrade and smiling face, we knew we had made the right choice to stay here.

The NYX hotel has nicely appointed rooms and a standard, sturdy breakfast: eggs, bacon, and lots of good pastries. Our room was quiet despite overlooking the train station with all its activities. The hotel is in a great location near both trains and metro. The NYX staff was also nice enough to give us late check out. A real professional operation!...

We regularly travel through Milan as a hopping off destination and in the past stayed near the Duomo. This modern clean.
Hotel near Central Station is a steal with lots of restaurant choices in an authentic , not touristy neighbourhod still 10 minutes from everything on the metro right out front. Would stay there again any time...
