A very welcoming hotel!

Excellent hotel that I love and trust. The room was very cosy and provided tea bags, and toothbrushes. The room was VERY well cleaned, making the stay very welcoming. Downstairs, the hotel restaurant served a large selection of food. The brekkie there was awesome. Love to stay there for a next trip....

It was a great stay. I didnt have too much time to enjoy the hotel, but I definitely enjoyed the service. Deysi was the best. She was kind and professional and made my stay way more comfortable. She was in the restaurant and her recommendations were perfect.

Worst Experience in Milan

Compared to my first stay at this hotel four years ago, this experience was by far the worst during my trip to Italy and in contrast to other NH hotels Ive stayed in. The AC was not working, so I approached the reception to report it. I spoke to a new team member named Nicola (if I remember correctly). 5 the room are very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast is delicious with nay option, including vegetarian!
The attendants are the best. Daisy, Susanna, Guilda and Sara may every morning better end special, even with 5 hours of time difference! Grazie!...

"Completely disappointed with the expectations I had for my stay at this hotel in Milan. They advertise it as a four-star hotel, but it barely reaches two stars. The room had no air conditioning, the floor was dirty, and there were no outlets near the bedside tables. Overall, the room was not comfortable at all.
