First time to Milan. The HN Collection Touring was recommended by my travel agent. We spent 5 nights. The hotel is located in a great section of town. Easy access to the metro, and the blue line Hop-on-Hop-off is not far from the hotel. Many of the sights could be gotten to easily. Check-in staff were VERY pleasant. NH Touring is my usual business trip hotel for Milan.
They are able to maintain a good standard of service and cleanliness.
The gym is a bit small and compact. They offer Gatorade for free which is a nice touch. It could be improved with some foam rollers and larger exercise mats.
The front door main entrance has two steps off the street level. This is really not ideal and there is seldom bell staff to assist. ...

This hotel was amazing. The bed being the best part, it was so comfortable and so massive it was unbelievable. The room was a good size for a short stay and the bathroom was impeccably clean. I would have 100% stay here again if I come to Milan in the future. The staff were kind and efficient and I had absolutely no problems at all. Would recommend...

Excellent hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and Lorenzo and the team were fabulous. The hotel is in a great location and I was able to walk to the Duomo and all the other sites within 15-20 mins. Highly recommend. ...
