Our Experience:
- Hotel location is nearer to the business district and slightly away from the usual touristy spots like the Duomo and train station
- Hotel rooms are a bit dated (as compared to photos) and I personally feel it is time for a refresh....

Good for s short city break

Room was nice but noisy at night as next to main road and the walls are very thin. Both bar and restaurant were closed during or stay....

Very kind and professional stuff with immediate response . Communication via email is a pain point and answers are very general. The rest exceed expectations ...

Good location, staff, spacious and clean rooms. The only things that could be better is pro-active replenishment of coffee amenities (I had to ask it twice during a 3-day stay) and the unstable WiFi....

The hotel is lovely but pricey. I had a premium room for 3 but amneties were prepared for 2. Also I had to sleep on a horrible couch mattress, no extra cover or anything. The hotel would have been lovely for two but I expected more ...
