Amazing customer service! The front of house was amazing, so accommodating and kind! I will be returning next year for sure! And the room was so nice and clean and one of the best sleeps I have! Thank you for having me, it is always a pleasure staying here....

The property is amazing and so is the hotel staff. The restaurant is amazing.Special thanks to Mr.Asif who offered amazing services and made our dining experience much better.I would love to visit this place once again and would recommend it to friends and family....

We had an incredible weekend at NH Collection City Life Milano, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish.
Upon our late arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Francesca at the front desk. Despite the late hour, she graciously asked if we needed dinner or any assistance, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture after a long day of travel.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
Alejandra, at the front desk, greeted me as if I were family. She answered my many questions on how to get around the Milan area using the subway system as well as the train system.
Her recommendations for nearby restaurants were awesome!...
