The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
Alejandra, at the front desk, greeted me as if I were family. She answered my many questions on how to get around the Milan area using the subway system as well as the train system.
Her recommendations for nearby restaurants were awesome!...

Wifi too slow. Poor amenties and facilities. For the money paid the hotel should have more. In the toilet we found some accessories only for one person while the booking was for two people...
