Conveniently located close to the central train station, Hotel Mediolanum Milan is clean and tidy with friendly staff. Breakfast is a buffet style affair with plenty of choice....

Good value hotel with an excellent location

We stayed here for 3 days during our stay in Milan. The location is great, a short walk to Milan Central Train/Metro station. The room was good, very clean and had everything you needed. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was pleasant.
The only gripe we had was that we found the hotel to be noisy early in the morning. The housekeeping staff have walkie talkies which are loud and beep when they are close ...

This is more of a 3 star hotel than a 4 star.

The design is very dated and run down. The pictures on Google are deceiving. Makes it look larger and nicer than it actually is. The mini bar is NOT complimentary, which is not mentioned at any point until they bill you at the end of the stay. Oh, and you will be billed city tax, 5 euros per person per night, which is a rob job, in my opinion.
The location is decent as it is a 5 minute walk from Central Station, but...

This hotel was great Bruno at reception was an excellent host informing us of directions to city Center how to travel to attractions good restaurants to eat at and a bit of good banter. Hotel clean breakfast was very good a lot of variety and good atmosphere we really would stay again thank you ...
