Everything about this hotel was incredible - the location (its walking distance to all of the citys attractions) - the hotels facilities were excellent - the breakfast was substantial & delicious - the staff were friendly & the wonderful smells of the perfumery delighting you every time you arrive back....

Excellent hotel with high quality service. The design of the hotel is very attractive with details that make it very different from the rest. It is without a doubt a hotel to repeat. I recommend it!!!. And a restaurant with high quality cuisine...

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much, staff very attentive and professional. Hotel´s location perfect, in the city center. Our room was well furnished, clean and with a nice view of the city. We also enjoyed hotel breakfast with enough options....

Very spacious, clean and modern hotel. We arrived on the Sunday and went to eat in the restaurant for dinner to find out it was closed. It does advise this on the website, which I had not seen. Unusual it wasn't mentioned when we checked in and told the reception we would like to eat there. Reception is at the back of the hotel which was slightly confusing. Not sure how good the security is as I had someone constantl...

Not 4 star in our experience.
Was told at check in we couldnt get free upgrade (Gold status) but we can get one with a fee of $50/night. Apparently, they lost my request for 2 beds upon reservation and have to upgrade us to a room with 2 twin beds for a fee. No upgrades but yes upgrade if you pay. Weird.
Then the closet door kept unhinging on its own 4-5x over the night, couldnt call maintenance for a fix si...
