Poor
No in room refreshments, no kettle, no iron, no hairdryer, no minibar.
The shower only got you wet if you run around under it, pressure the worst Ive ever experienced.
Bar shut on Saturday night at midnight, then told no room service, kitchen closed.
There are better alternatives...

The hotel is based in china town. Its around 30 minutes to walk to the duomo or the nearest metro is monumentale which is very easy to use. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. It does need some upgrading in terms of decor, however we just wanted a base whilst staying in Milan and for that it was perfect. If you want a hotel where you are going to be spending a lot of time in it this may not ...

When I woke up, there were many BED BUGS crawling all over me. My whole face, arms and neck are covered in bites, encompassing about a total of around 50 bites. The bites have formed into painful blisters.

Leonardo Hotel Milan was a complete disaster. Dirty, uncomfortable rooms, and a staff that seemed to actively dislike guests. Customer service was non-existent. From the moment we arrived, it was clear we made a huge mistake. Avoid this hotel at all costs. You'll find much better options in Milan that won't ruin your trip.

The staff were friendly and welcoming to us upon arrival. The room itself was okay, very old fashioned and not up to date at all. No wonder there were no pictures on EasyJet app as if there were, we wouldnt have chosen this hotel. The bed was comfy enough for the few nights we were there.
