Lovely hotel - good value for money, close to Milano Centrale Station

Clean, good location if you want to be next to Milano Centrale Station. Rooms offer good options i.e. triple beds. Modern hotel. Friendly staff. Affordable. Some parts of the room are a bit dark though i.e. in the bathroom and the corridors....

Brilliant hotel for train station

Family and I stayed here for one night during a trip to Italy, hotel staff were friendly and helpful, upgraded us to a suite without us asking! Brilliant room with 2 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms near the station in Milan. Perfect for what we needed....

Like horror movies we watch TV this was our experience such unfriendly doubtful reputation
Arriving 5 pm after long delayed air trip by Easyjet assumed arrive 8 am with plan one day stay milan for shopping we arrived 4pm reached hotel 5 pm were checked in unpleasant room exhausted from long delay we made short tour central station 2 hours returned back hotel to be ready early morning flight back to home

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location right across from the train station was perfect! Always clean with fresh towels daily. Rooms were nice and quiet but had not Are good view and wa small and the breakfast was weak.
Many restaurants in the surrounding area. The area is walkable and safe. Will recommend to my friends & families....

Unsafe and Unsuitable for Families

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. It is undoubtedly one of the worst places for families to stay. The hotel and its surroundings felt very unsafe, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for both adults and children.
The customer service was atrocious. The staff were not only unhelpful but also exhibited rude and rogue behavior. This added significantly to our distress and made our sta...
