I had a great stay at the hotel,
the staff was very friendly and professional.
No hussle.
The establishment was not hard to find and it was easy to get there.
Food and drink were awesome.
The staff was there for me for any inconvenience or questions that I had.
Cleanliness on top!...

Clean hotel with excellent service, comfortable beds, thin walls, inconvenient location, and impractical design details.

The hotel was clean, and the customer service was excellent. The beds were comfortable. For some reason, we were given an accessible room designed for wheelchair users. This didnt bother us, as I assume the room was more spacious than a standard one.

I was searching for a hotel not far from central station area, where I can book a room with twin beds. I made booking through agoda, there wasnt options separately like twin and double. It was like double or twin, and had to make my preference that I want two beds.
Well, when I arrived they said I booked a double room and if I want two beds, I have to pay extra for that.

I want to start off by saying how amazing the housekeeping crew was and the front desk staff. They are extremely friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. But I do want to share with you all about our stay. I personally would never stay here again. The bathroom was clean, however, the shower smelled like urine. Personal items thrown away/stolen. Such a weird experience.

Started out nice but in the end dissapointing. I started with an upgrade which was lovely. However, at the end of my stay there was an issue with missing items in my room. My retainer and some cotton pads were missing from my room. This was poorly handled.
