I recently stayed at Hotel Mozart, and unfortunately, it was far from the experience I expected based on the websites description. First, the room we were assigned had a used shower cap in the bathroom, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. After requesting a room change, the new room had a strong, unpleasant odor, like rotten eggs, making it hard to stay in.

Do not stay here! Rude staff! Hotel is under construction and we were not informed. Extremely high noises early in the morning, you can sleep, watch tv or work all day. The worse part was having a man by my window while Im was in bed to work on my window and hotel could r even give me a call warning about it. Dont ruin your trip , dont stay here! Poor service & building work ongoing

Arrived to a hotel covered in scaffolding. Walked in & was told breakfast not available due to refurbishment (I think) - but the guy said we hadnt booked it anyway.
I had booked direct with the hotel & breakfast was included in my booking. Only booked 2 weeks before yet no notification of scaffolding or lack of breakfast.

Great value hotel in Milan

Stayed for 2 nights, in a king room. I am guessing by the reviews from last year that the hotel has been updated as our room was very modern. There was also lots of choice at breakfast. The reception staff were extremely helpful. The Lebanese restaurant opposite the hotel was very good too....

Dark and dated room with very poor air conditioning. Even at the lowest temperature setting and highest fan speed you could barely feel cold air. The shower and sink are slow at draining. Elevator is tiny. It is close to a metro station which is convenient....
