This hotel is extremely debilitated. I paid Eur1,200 and the bathroom is very small, with noisy and broken plumbing. The included breakfast female host was openly irritated when i asked for a second cappuccino! I barely ate the food as it was cold and unappetizing, and there is no room service.

Room as Hot as a Sauna

Our room on the 5th floor had no air conditioning.
We might as well have stayed in a sauna - impossible to sleep over night
The Reception was extremely dismissive rude and unhelpful when we complained and offered no alternative/solutions

Lovely charming hotel on the outskirts of central Milan. Good transport network - choice of buses and trams to use but these do take 15+ minutes to get to Milan central station and/or Duomo. Room cleaned everyday, nice facilities with coffee, tea and kettle provided but no milk. Lovely bright room with air con and balcony.
