I called the hotel for this incident and actually gave up as I have no prove about what happened with my 50, and after reading how they answered every complaint here, I understand my story will get no where. (In my opinion, this hotel is not using B-L-A-S-T as I can see they didnt seem to Believe, nor Listen to any complaints but the way they answered were too arrogant like I saidits my opinion)

Nice hotel and example of a well run Hilton. Check in staff were very friendly, room was good. Breakfast area felt very basic and coffee machine took forever, could do with a bit more upmarket seating and tables. Staff were all very friendly and attentive...

Horrible experience while staying in Double tree Milano

We have been robbed by the cleaners from our room while we have been taking our breakfast, then the front desk manager did not offer any help to get any information about the cleaner or even open an investigation about the issue.

Standard DoubleTree from the rooms to the breakfast to the gyms. Nothing out of the ordinary here. HH gold gets some free waters and that's about it. Not a lot around the hotel to go explore. Again, standard for what you'd expect from a business hotel....

We had a lovely stay here. We purposely wanted to stay a bit out of the city center because we were driving and wanted a place to park and the parking lot was convenient and secure. In the area around the hotel, we found places to eat and shop. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful.
