The hotel is big and has a pretty, old fashioned interior, but is old and renovation is needed. We stayed for 4 nights, and I cant say we had a nice experience. The staff is very unfriendly (except some people at the reception), especially at the restaurant. You never hear a hello or receive a nice gesture. The breakfast was basic, but way to small for the amount of people, so we had to queue to get the things we wa...

Hotel staff very professional and kind. Breakfast well assorted. Near 2 lines underground. Size room was ok, but we have preferred shower instead of bathtub. Room temperature a bit cold with no options of get warmer. Parquing just beside the hotel....

Great Experience in Dorian Grand Hotel, Milan

Service was excellent. We enjoyed our stay in Milan and Dorian Grand Hotel ensured that we had a fantastic time. Staff were courteous, friendly, professional and always ready to help (especially Charles). Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was world class. Fantastic experience all the way. Dorian Grand Hotel will always be my first choice whenever I visit Milan....

Nice experience

This was a very nice hotel with all the extras some people crave, which you pay for of course (as my friend found out when he left laundry to be done haha). But I got a good deal cuz I unknowingly had points on Expedia so it ended up being a bargain. Quite close to the train and the bus to the Duomo, the room was large and the bathroom was nice, good choices at breakfast, a good stay....

Excellent bed, clean and comfortable room. The staff were very kind. Breakfast was OK. The location was perfect for us, only 7 min walk to Milano Centrale train station. Or you can also take the metro (1 stop). The street is very quiet at night....
