I have stayed at hotels all over the world and in todays climate I dont like giving a negative review, however I feel justified on this occasion. We arrived late Monday evening ,so didnt get our bearings until Tuesday morning. We were shown to our table for breakfast. No member of staff approached us to show how its breakfast system worked. From arrival to departure, hotel was top notch. Front desk was very helpful with our room accommodations. Hotel is very well appointed, room was very nice and staff was very helpful with dinner reservations. Hotel is within comfortable walkng distance to the Duomo and the Galleria and TRAM and METRO are right outside the hotel door. Rooftop restaurant is magnificient for either drinks, bites, or dinner. ...

Have just left after a 4 night stay. Staff were OK, meals we5e good, attention to detail and customer concerns were sadly lacking

Lovely hotel, staff friendly, roof top restaurant fantastic.
Room spacious, comfy bed, breakfast nice.
Five/ten walk to Cathedral, shopping mall, very central.
Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel has an excellent location, and it is about six minutes walk to the Piazza del Duomo. It has comfortable beds and nice breakfast. We had problems opening our bedroom door with the card after checking in. While the hotel staff was trying to resolve the problem, we heard a fire alarm and the staff person who was helping to open the door suddenly disappeared without explanation.
