Great location near Milan Central Station and excellent dinner restaurant

It was about a 5-minute taxi ride from Milan Central Station, making it very convenient for taking the Shinkansen or airplane. The hotel restaurant served local Milanese cuisine, as well as salads and meat dishes, and the food was delicious. The hospitality of the restaurant staff was excellent, making dinner a very enjoyable experience....

The absolute minimum on offer, abysmal customer care and focus

The hotel is well located and very accessible. Newly refurbished however, compared to other 4 or 5 star hotels and with it being part of IHG, it offers the absolute minimum, for example, the tea and coffee and tissues were not replenished during the stay, the room is tiny, customer care and attention is abysmal terrible.. Local knowledge is poor and staff did not even know what is going on on New Years Eve celebra...

On a 3 week trip around Italy. The check in was good along with a helpful bellman with our 4 bags. The breakfast 3 mornings at the hotel is excellent and the staff wonderful. The room is clean and well laid out for a small room. The hotel overall location is good with a few restaurants walkable. 8/10 with the staff 10/10...

We were warmly greeted by the receptionist who acknowledged my IHG Status and was very friendly and helpful.
We had a corner room with wall to wall windows in the bedroom and bathroom.
The bedroom was quite large with quirky corners and angles due to its corner position.
The room was very clean , with a large comfy bed , desk and 2 armchairs.
A well stocked amenities tray with tea , coffee , milk , water etc . A goo...
