The staff is top notch and accommodated all our needs, taxis, mailing a package, restaurant reservations and more. I highly recommend staying here. The breakfast was also plentiful. Wonderful service! We will try their Michelin rated restaurant next time too!...

From the time we entered the lobby, the staff was exceptional. They were extremely accommodating. The room was beautiful and well laid out. The food inside the hotel was great. And location was perfect. Easy to walk everywhere from here. Couldnt love this hotel more....

After visiting Florence last year a return trip was always going to happen and a second stay in this amazing hotel was something we didn't have to think twice about. Again we were upgraded to a room overlooking the Via dei Calzaiuoli and as returning guests, gifted a bottle of prosecco on ice accompanied by a lovely note from the general manager. A beautiful experience. The hospitality is unmatched. A beautiful facility with an exceptional breakfast. We very much enjoyed it.
The location & interior is so picturesque. The room was a bit warm but opening the window helped a lot.
This is our favorite hotel from Venice , Florence & Rome....

Beautiful, historic hotel in the heart of Firenze. We had a lovely room with a panoramic view of the Duomo, the bell tower and the hills of Tuscany. It was a truly spectacular view and room. Breakfast was wonderful. And I do have to shout out the bartenders - best cocktails of our sixteen day trip to Italia! Fantastico!
