Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Rude staff, pool freezing, awful rooms, dirty and did I mention RUDE staff. Didnt promise what they agreed at check in. Manager not around all weekend?? I wanted to leave and go to another hotel but they would T refund my money..

room temperature was uncomfortable, too hot. They do not let you control your own temperature it has to be done at reception! which i asked for them to do a couple of times but nothing changed.
There is no where to get any refreshments during the day so you just have to sit in your room ! there wasnt even any milk in the room to make your own coffee. The restaurant was ok however there was a particular member of sta...

Nice hotel but massive issues with room temperature, only book if youre happy with sauna temperatures in bedroom .

Hotel was clean , restaurant lovely , staff very professional. BUT we were unable to control the room temperature and the minimum temperature was 26 degrees and maximum was 29 degrees !! Unable to open windows . Will definitely stop me rebooking this hotel . When we complained they offered to change our room but that was the same temperature. ...

The hotel itself is pleasant, has nice furniture and inside bar and rich breakfast offer. HOwever, it was not worth its price (over100 euros per night for single use) . The premise is in a remote, industrial area, next to autoways and is practically unreachable with public transport. The hotel operates a shuttle service between the closest metro station (6 kms away), but after 10pm you need to take a taxi.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in August. Hotel is very modern and clean. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was a good size and also clean. Beds comfortable. When we first arrived, we were in a room on the seventh floor. Unfortunately there was an issue with the shower. I went to reception and they sorted it straight away and moved us to another room on the eighth floor.
