Everybody working here is very kind.
The room was clean, but could be cleaner.
It is a cheap hotel, so the value is OK.
The location is OK, but the tram and the buses are not going frequently.
The window and doors are poor quality, so you hear every sound from the outside.
Rooms look a bit older, and it was cold, probably because of the doors and windows....

It was my first time staying in B&B hotels and I can say that I am delighted. This hotel is in a quiet part of Milan, well connected by the tram line, with excellent young staff who took into account our every request. Breakfast - excellent, like everything else. All recommendations...

Hotel is nice and clean. Stuff are very helpful and kind. There are food and drink machines in the hotel. There are many restaurants and a lidl market near the hotel. There is tramway station very near the hotel; but there is no ticket machine in the station. ...

We got an upgrade for our room which is the best thing, thanks to that we got to stay in a very comfortable room during our stay.
Their reception are very friendly and helpful, breakfast provided in the hotel is good, the hotel have easy access to public transportation, room is decent and house keeping does a great job too! ...
