Nice hotel for a good price

Good price, clean and comfortable hotel and really friendly staff. Loved the coffee machine and snack shop in the reception, helped for a pick me up in the morning/evening. Location was great, 15/20min walk to Naviglio area which has lots of great restaurants and bars....

Good breakfast on the fifth floor.
Adequate room with adequate worn towels per person. Small adequate shower. Antiquated hairdryer. No bath amenities except the basic multiuse Shampoo and body wash in one.
Friendly staff ( please always tip your room cleaners !)
No coffee or tea offered in lobby when one arrives or in room, but rather a machine in the lobby for hot beverages or a bottle of water!

Not really a 4*, but good value. Fairly basic rooms. Beds comfortable. Rooms and hotel areas clean. Buffet breakfast had a reasonably good choice. The hotel itself is decent and located well. My complaint is with the management which did not honour the voucher they issued. Long story short, during my visit I was offered a voucher for a free stay by the manager. When I contacted the hotel to redeem the voucher, I was asked to present it an email and then all communication with hotel went silent. Lovely hotel! Very very clean, and has everything you would need. The air con was brilliant. The shower worked perfectly fine and the bathroom itself was very big. The room has a mini fridge that you are free to use and store drinks or food in and you get complimentary slippers and bottles of water. The bed was very comfy and spacious.
