We had a lovely stay at the B&B hotel in the heart of Milan.
The staff were all fantastic, especially Matin who welcomed us enthusiastically & checked us in shortly before midnight on our arrival day,
The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Milan in a quiet street between the Duomo Cathedral and the Castle. A short walk to all the attractions and district that you would want to visit as a tourist.

Great location if visiting Milan and want to visit the sights and shopping. Also lots of great food places around. We choose to have breakfast elsewhere as so many places around the corner and variety.

Poor condition bathroom facilities and bad cleaning

The bathroom facilities were in poor condition.
The toilet wasnt properly cleaned, with visible stains, and the shower had mold in the grout.
The faucets were leaking, and there was a lingering unpleasant odor.
Basic amenities like soap and toilet paper werent adequately stocked, making the overall experience quite unsatisfactory....

Location was perfect. Restaurants, cafes, and IaESSE supermarket all within a few minutes of walking. For reference, Duomo and Galleria Vittorio were about a 10 minute walk. Clean and well sized room with a very friendly staff. ...
