While my partner was disappointed, she's a little on the picky side, I was very happy in this hotel. First, it reminded me of my college dorm room. Adequate, with a good view of the Milanese skyline. It is cold in November, but we were not cold. The room was comfortable and basic. Stay away - bad service - dirty rooms - no solution orientation - not fulfilling promised amenities

Very dirty rooms with stained and chipped walls, dusty ventilation pipe and dimmed lighting in the bathroom. Furthermore, in their terms and conditions they are claiming that they are providing free WiFi and a working TV with a Chromecast in their rooms: WiFi only works on the ground floor/reception area. Free wifi and a Smart TV was advertised on the website, but none of these functioned in the room.
Staff made zero efforts to fix it and offered no sort of compensation.
Bathroom walls were very dirty / clearly not cleaned for a long time, ventilation filled with dust etc.
We really hope that management will take this serious, so next guests won't feel like they're talking to a wall who has no one to call or any sol...

The hotel is nice and clean.
The location is good to discover Milan and its surroundings.
Soundproofing can be improved....
