Excellent location, close to main public transportation and central train station, also museums and different attractions including nice restaurants, quiet, clean and nice rooms. The most relevant part was the customer service.
It is outstanding !!! Valeria (assistant manager) and Maria Beatrice at the front desk were always prompt to help or assist us on everything we asked for. We forgot my wife wallet at the hote...

overall hotel rooms and facilities are good, however SPA images are very misleading, SPA needs repair. Breakfast was very poor, food quality not fresh enough....
