Its definitely not a 4 star hotel. There are quite a few good things though:
- close to a metro station
-fairly low price
- quite a few food choices for breakfast
-spacey rooms with nice furniture
-plenty of ambience lighting
-the bathroom is equipped with bidet, LED mirror great for makeup, and a modern hair dryer
-the thermostat works nicely. Our room got heated properly in a very short time

The room was big and clean . Some things need improvements because they look a bit old, mostly in the bathroom and the balcony needs a small table and chairs. Very nice breakfast. It was not that good location. At least, it was close to a metro station. ...

Very comfortable beds in spacious rooms. Fabulous shower and generally first class in all aspects . The gardens were well maintained and a perfect place to sit and enjoy a drink or two before bed.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Breakfast is fabulous with a huge selection of pastries. Bread. Assorted fresh fruits , juices and great coffee too.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Awfully ran hotel, rooms dirty, unsanitary and unsafe. Bedroom door would not lock. Bullying tactics used by hotel staff sending 2 members of staff to check the condition of the room when I complained first and pushing past myself to see the room, which they sneered at my complaint, but funnily enough next day a private cleaning company turned up and asked for room 604 when I e...

Visited for 3 nights as part of a football break with our two young sons! Hotel spotless, rooms cleaned everyday. Staff polite and friendly, Super close to metro with access to all areas being quick and easy. Supermarket nearby however mini bar wasnt overly priced. Could do with bar being open for a night cap after a long day. Would 100% stay again....
