I found myself in need of a base whilst my husband had been admitted to hospital in Marseille. We had left a cruise ship in an ambulance. I searched on TripAdvisor and found this hotel with good reviews and the rooms looked nice.

I liked that the hotel is in very central location but the friendliness of the staff and their knowledge is debatle. Also speaking half French half English is not what I would expect from NH staff...

I was in Marseille with family this August 2024. We have a good stay in the hotel, I particular the staff was so nice and kind. We appreciate it very much. The room was like in the picture. We took a superior room and was satisfied. The only thing I think they can improve is the TV. When we checked in, the hotel surprised us with a free upgrade to a premium room with free breakfast included (which we did not have booked).
