We stayed at this hotel twice and second stay confirmed the very positive first experience. Location: Gran Via has its pros and cons, but you are right at the centre of everything, walking distance to all sites and next door to excellent dining and shopping options, so I would recommend it, especially for first timers. Was at Vincci The Mint for one night. Way exceeded expectations. The staff was of the best I've experienced in the world. Super nice. The hotel was clean and paid much attention to detail. Great branding effort. Location was in the heart of everything. Also great price compared to comparable hotels.

I recently stayed for four nights at this hotel with five friends to celebrate my birthday. While the hotel itself is charming, the staff friendly and has a beautiful rooftop, the rooms could use an update, and the lighting was too dim, making them feel a bit dated.

Fantastic location in the middle of Grand Via - near and walking distance to great places to eat of all cuisines, markets and sights. The rooms are a bit small - likely because it is an old building. Breakfast is outstanding and good value. Travelled with the family so the connecting rooms were such a convenience.
