Room was so small, window is closed and you cant open it at all. Apparently as it is on a lighting tower....

The service received from Sergio was above and beyond expectations. Fantastic service, great food and comfy rooms. He made the experience for my sisters 30th so special he had us laughing throughout. The rooms were also very nicely decorated and the restaurant as well. Perfect location....

I stayed only for a night, in a small room (around 9sqm). But I insist on how clean it was. Perfect on that side. However I got awaken by construction at 8:30 on my bedroom wall. ...

Excellent four star hotel with many facilities and friendly staff. Chosen because on recommended list by BA and my guide book. Not in a particular interesting part of town but 2 minutes from Goya metro station so good public transport. I didnt eat there but they do a mean G&T in the bar....

Stayed here twice. The first time was excellent. The second time, not so much. Poor check in experience and bad service. But rooms are good and location is great...
