The location of the hotel is perfect for a city trip. You can easily reach everything on foot and there are many great restaurants and cafés to discover nearby. I can't judge the breakfast as we always had breakfast somewhere else. The cocktail bar in the hotel could arrange their drinks nicer, there was no decoration on the cocktails, which is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. It was my husband's birthday on the day of ...

Beautiful hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Right in the middle of a great sites, restaurants and bars. Its within walking distance to many of the Madrid icons, surrounded by many places to hang hand out and share great memories....

Quaint City Hotel

This quaint, urban hotel is located in a safe area of town near many of Madrids attractions. Some of the rooms are located in different buildings that are all connected, so It can be a bit confusing to get to the room. Although the room was very small, it did have all the modern conveniences of what you would expect from a modern hotel....

Hotel well located but with a very poor breakfast and the worst staff possible at the reception.
I would not recommend any one to go there with such a poor service.
The rooms are indeed with a correct size but no charm, not a boutique hotel at all....

THis hotel lived up to our higjh expectations. Perfectly located for visiting all the sighte of Madrid. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet in the room at night despite a lot of activity outside. A five minute walk to the Prado, 10 mins to PLaza Major. We asked for a restaurant recommendation and went twice in four nights it was so good. A nice touch was the small cake sent to the room, with Happy Birthday in Span...
