Lovely hotel in the heart of Madrid.
We stayed for a week in a junior suite (804) which was very comfortable with a balcony to sit and chill. Everything is within 15 mins walk - the main Art galleries only 5-10 mins walk. It is a very safe area too and there are lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby. However a visit to the rock bar opposite- Barbara Anne is a must! Such brilliant hosts! Anyway, back to the Hotel...

Fantastic location, short walk to everything.
Pros:
helpful, friendly staff
Good hairdryer
Fast room service
Best tarta de Santiago I ever tasted
Lovely balcony with comfortable chairs
Great breakfast buffet selection, hot options plus other snacks.
Gave me fresh milk at the bar to make tea in room
Cons:
None really, except that tarta de Santiago wasnt on the breakfast buffet every day....

It was very good choice, the area is very near to the Sevila metro station and Sol train station, the team was very helpful, the room was very clean and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel....

Nice but we got "Swifted" on rate b/c of Taylor Swift concert in Madrid.

I did not like the fact that the only window in the room was to a long narrow light shaft in the interior area of the building. Our hotel rate was extremely high but that was our fault to have booked when Taylor Swift concert was in town. Breakfast presentation was outstanding and bar service excellent too. Loud music from a nearby nightclub resonate directly up the second floor and was extremely disruptive for sleep...

The hotel is very nice , staff at reception are helpful and lovely, also the resturant staff are very helpful. the food is excellent. for information purposes there is a bus from the airport to the hotel 0and back bus 203 for 5 euros and about 15 minutes. the main center is about 5 minutes walk , for someone like me that is lazy to walk, it was a lovely surprise..
