Amazing location! Most interest points are either in walking distance or a few metro stations away. Excelent service. Very good breakfast, with pancakes and churros, nice cheese and fruit selection. Rooms are modern and spacious (we had an extra bed for a child).
If you have a car, they have an arrangement with a nearby car park (Callao Smart Park) for 27,5 per day for customers. ...

With the same amount youd get better hotel!
Imagine with this amount youd have to face workers who doesnt know how to solve issues and they would have to wait for the manager for the next day,
Expect that youll pay for waters :(...

I would not recommend this hotel due to a disappointing experience filled with hidden charges and poor customer service. Upon check-in, the reception failed to provide full information about their policies and additional fees. This lack of transparency became a major issue during our stay.
One example was when we asked about late check-out. Reception staff assured us we could check out until 2 PM without mentioning ...
