Amazing hotel - beautiful, stylish, unique.
From champagne on arrival, to live music at breakfast - umusic hotel was flawless.
Customer service was amazing - make sure you give edu a visit in guest services - he made us feel right at home, and gave us great recommendations of where to go, things to see - and incredible restaurants! Also really knowledgeable about the hotel - interesting to learn its history!

Amazing hotel, just loved it. Leire and Jose on reception were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Jamie in the breakfast room was excellent. Room was amazing, both bath and shower. Location was superb, couldnt be better. We thought Madrid is an excellent city with so much to see and do....

Customer service and concierge service were especially excellent at this hotel. Left me feeling very cared for. The room was quiet - most important! - and comfortable. Breakfast was great tho not an elaborate buffet, more than adequate. Nice sheets etc. I recommend it highly!...

A truly exceptional stay in a wonderful, very central, Madrid hotel. We loved our smart, well-appointed deluxe room, but the true stars of our stay were the staff. Special mention goes to Carlota at the front desk who was fantastic. She looked after us brilliantly from start to finish, advising us on the best restaurants and shows - weve just seen the best flamenco of our lives. This excellent service made our stay ...

Very cool place, incredible to see a concert hall behind reception. Very pleasant and helpful staff especially Jaime in the restaurant and the porter At the second entrance albert was a gentleman. Room was very comfortable with all that you'd need - casting from phone to the TV worked without any difficulty. Location couldn't be better. Overall very cool and an enjoyable stay. ...
