I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and the shower and bath are a real highlight. The breakfast is also excellent, with a wide range of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly helpful, giving great tips for exploring Madrid, booking restaurants for us, and even helping with train tickets to Malaga. The location is perfect, just around the co...

Honestly this hotel is perfect. Its new. Its dialed. Its central. Great staff. Attention to detail. Ive been back twice; this is now my Madrid hotel :)
The rooms are new. Beds are comfortable. Shower is basically a steam shower: lots of pressure and hot!
The pool is nice in the summer time (although you gotta get your spot early bc its not that big).

Beautiful hotel, rooms are amazing and food fabulous.
Staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Jaime at breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel. Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. Walking distance to the palace , St Miguel Market , Plaza Mayor , Metro ( Sol) and many other attractions

The entire experience was absolutely exceptional from the moment I entered the hotel as upon entrance I was greeted by the doorman who offered to take my suitcase to the check in desk around 10m away at which I was greeted by a welcoming concierge who provided me a glass of champagne whilst waiting to check in.
