Very attentive reception, mostly Sylvia. Well located, close to subway, quiet neighbourhood. Special for 3/4 days' family tourism. Comfortable rooms, very good services. Tapas restaurants at walking distance, stores and little markets all around. Also, very close to the airport....

Not very pleasant overall experience

Really bad overall service. The rooms were clean but other than that there were no hairdryer, no safe, no minibar or water in the room. Also very low storage room.
The hotel didnt offer any luggage storage for the last day. Furthermore the breakfast had really low quality.
On top of that there were always lines at the reception since it took eternities for the lady to operate her check in process for various customer...

This hotel is centric and is very close to the city Metro, it has a lot of cafeterias, restaurants and bars near by which made and excellent choice for our trip, the staff is super friendly and the whole facility including rooms are super clean...

Excellent: location, cleanliness.
Good: blinds.
Average: soundproofing.
Poor: room size, view, high price in my case.
If noise disturbs you, this might not be for you. Cleaners start early in the morning. Some doors make a lot of noise and your whole room shakes.
