Great and friendly staff, all very welcoming and excellent English. Cozy cafe with quality menu options. Room was always clean and very flexible housekeeping schedule was comforting. Felt safe throughout my trip. The restaurant was always a great option for me late after my football training....

TSH was a great positive surprise

This was my first time staying with a TSH brand anywhere. TSH Madrid is on very convenient location close to Plaza de Espana metro station, and from there all major sites and places of interest are close enough to enjoy the city. Hotel staff I met during the stay at the reception, hotel bar and breakfast room were very informative and friendly. Spacious room, comfortable bed, bathroom, toiletries... one great extende...

I love the laid back style of these hotels, everything is so easy! The young woman and man who helped us check in were so helpful, kind, accommodating and made the start of our trip perfect and stress free. I wish I had got their names in hindsight!...

I was impressed with this place. Genuine good vibes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was decent size and warm and well equipped. Good night sleep and quiet too.
The location is excellent and walking distance to the city and near the Metro too. Would recommend...

The Social Hub in Madrid is simply awesome! The staff is always available to help you. The hotel position is absolutely perfect because in 3 mins by walk you'll arrive to Principe Pio Metro station and in 10 mins by walk in Plaza Espana. The Deluxe Room was simply the best!...
