Stayed with my wife (my mother-in-law had a different room). Room was spacious with a king bed and a sofa and a library of art books. The shower has a glass wall behind it with vines on the other side (don't know if real or fake, but it's a great vibe). Great location near lots of government buildings with lots of fancy restaurants and a few blocks from upscale shopping. Staff is very helpful. Cool boutique hote...

The hotel is in a quiet street but only a very short walk to Colon and La Castellana. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast, though not cheap, was delicious. The best thing about the hotel, though were the staff. We found them all friendly and helpful from the start. However they went above and beyond this when my wife had our passports stolen from her handbag while walking around the city on our last...

We enjoyed our stay at the Pavilions Madrid. Classy, modern hotel near the metro. Near some government offices .. so very safe area. Room was lovely with comfortable bed. Coffee maker in room. Attentive Staff. Would stay here again if visiting Madrid....

Great Hotel
Travelled on 08/2024
We spent the first few days of our honeymoon here and they were wonderful. The area is safe, breakfast was amazing in a little restaurant they have, and the room while small, was comfortable. If parking, be aware the garage/elevator to park the car is tight, but they do offer the service for an additional charge....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pavilions Madrid. The rooms were nice. The area was nice and quiet with a huge police presence due to all the government buildings. Close to the main areas and very walkable. And the staff was great. Especially Javier. He was always helpful and enjoyable to talk to....
