A decent hotel, which pleasantly surprises with large rooms and a small kitchen. Likewise, the balcony overlooking a small garden, plus a quiet location for a big city are other pluses. I could confidently sleep with the windows open.
The air conditioning I did not understand, but also did not need.
The beds: very comfortable. The bathroom with everything necessary, very good towels, unfortunately only with a bathtu...

Enjoyed the location on a quiet little side street most. The hotel is convenient, with a kitchen rather than charming, but this is fine. The rooms are large and comfortable. I did not have breakfast but was offered a coffee by the gentleman at the reception while waiting for the taxi.

I spent 3 nights in this hotel in January, the hotel has clean and big rooms, the breakfast was good with many choices. The area was fantastic, right next to Serrano street where there are many shops. Very nice area....

The hotel has very good and helpful staff. The location makes it a bit hard to get to many places easily, but the staff are at hand to help when needed.

This was a nice boutique hotel in an expensive shopping district of Madrid. It is located a little off the main road, with a few good places to eat and drink nearby. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was lovely, and the suite itself was quite spacious with loads of storage space and a little living room separate from the one bedroom.
