Completely overpriced hotel

Completely over prized mediocre hotel. The rooms are old, spartanic and worn out. There is no complimentary water, coffee or tea. The bedding is very uncomfortable.
Plus: the hotel staff is very friendly and the hotel is close to the airport .

Very nice hotel. Super clean, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, great beds. The only downside is it's a 20 minutes walk from the nearest metro station (which can be a bit far after strolling through the city the whole day). Public transport to and from the airport by bus is subject to improvement. Overall 4/5....

More of a stopover and less of a stay place!

I went here for a vacation and it has some good things going for it, it's so close to the airport, about a 5 minute Uber, luckily I had a friend pick me up from Madrid airport and we were there in minutes.
Check-in was very quick and the hotel although big is easy to get around, the elevators have glass so you can look into the lobby which is a great touch, although the curved glass at night screws with your percept...

Average hotel. My room has a kettle but no tissues. Breakfast is boring as it is the same thing with daily oily friend egg and melon that needs further cut as some portion are simply impossible to eat. Room is average - probably it is a stop for most tour buses to come. Chambermaids are too busy and refuse to offer help when I asked for a plastic spoon. Avoid if possible. Staff were rude, argumentative and unhelpful. Room was unfortunately dirty, TV didn't work and the breakfast was terrible with half the items advertised missing each day. I'm hoping it was a bad timing and the accommodation isn't mutually like this, but we had an awful time and won't return. ...
