Had a terrible experience. Reserved the hotel for two nights and left on the second day to book a different hotel because of A/C not working. This represented additional inconveniences due to lost hours of sleep and additional transportation costs to a new hotel.

Highly overpriced for what it offers

We spent there a weekend, payed more than 700$ for 2 nights, with no breakfast, the room was very small, the room temperature control was not working properly, we had to sleep with open windows and still it felt way too warm. Good location, good level of cleanliness....

Great Location

Booked a night here purely to be close to the Santiago Bernabau stadium which was a good half hour walk slightly up hill. Was upgraded to a suite which was nice . Didnt use the facilities as it was a one night stay . But a very clean and spacious hotel with friendly staff ....

For the price and location, Hotel Serrano is a great choice. I was in town for a solo vacation and this seemed like a good pick from what I gathered. Front desk was helpful and spoke English. The hotel offered breakfast, but I didn't partake because it was close enough walking distance to other eateries. The room was decent sized and had everything I needed for the trip. Stayed here this weekend for the Champions Leagues final and price comparatively exceeded expectation. Just wanted a bed for two nights but got a large bathroom, double bedroom and lounge area. Only paid 300 more than the same for a hostal. Prices inflated due to the final but was very good value. Reception staff very helpful and nice quiet location.
