My son and I have just returned from a fab city break to Madrid we stayed at this lovely hotel just outside the city centre. The hotel is lovely and the staff very helpful and is a great base to explore the City. We used the Metro and bus service just 5 minutes away to visit all the fantastic sight seeing spots. Excellent hotel. Room was very clean. Everyone was nice and kind. Great location. Halfway between the airport and Madrid Center. I cant tell about the breakfast since we didnt took it at the hotel neither the garden areas at the back yard....

Hotel was clean and bed was comfy.
We had a pool day however there was no bar or restaurant open all day so no where to buy water, coffee or food. We went to a local shop to bring stuff to the pool but we seen no staff around all day which wasnt great if we needed something.
Fine was a basics stay for a few nights if spending most time in the city. Not the best option if you are looking for a hotel to spend a lot...

Hotel was comfortable, very clean, and the staff were helpful and nice. Rooms had everything you need (minus a coffee pot) and the outside space in the back was a great space to relax and visit. Despite being on a busy street the noise was not an issue during sleeping hours....

What a lovely hotel. Stayed for 3 nights with my son. Chose this hotel based on the reviews and the pool. We did 2 football stadium tours; Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid. 20 minutes walk to Atletico and 20 minutes in an Uber to RM. We used the metro for exploring the city, 2 minutes walk to metro then line 5 for 20 minutes. All went smoothly.
