We arrived Alba without reservation after a long flight and a security incident at our Airbnb. My wife, who has a medical condition, was under much pain. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Service was consistent from ALL the staff during the 10 days, who honestly cared about us and were always available for our needs or provide tips. They made the difference on our stay in Madrid....

Booked as part of a city break with British airways, brilliant choice. Reception staff welcoming and very helpful with map, suggestions for areas to visit, and local restaurants. Great room, superb large king sized bed, decent air conditioning, usb plugs, big shower, clean and tidy also quiet. Bar was good, super strong sangria. Left luggage available on check out, which I think is 12. Amazing choice for the continen...

Prior to booking this hotel, I reached out via an email to ask about parking. I was informed in email that the hotel had an arrangment with a nearby garage for discount. Upon arrival, desk told us there was no such discount and that there was no agreement with a nearby garage. I did not want this to ruin my trip, so we left the car in the garage at 37...

This hotel is perfectly and centrally situated on a lively but quiet street, within easy walking distance of the three great art museums and Retiro Park, as well as many good restaurants. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful; We had a problem with the Renfe app (which they said was not unusual) and they steered me to another app to make train reservations. My wife And I recently booked here as we could not go to Valencia as scheduled from Madrid due to the flooding.
After we made the nonrefundable reservation, we learned we could stay at our current Airbnb until we left for Barcelona.
Staying at the same Airbnb was more convenient.
When we talked with the staff at roommate, Alba, they allowed us to change our nonrefundable reservation. Every person we talked with there...
