The hotel staff is very friendly and responsive. Hotel is clean. Breakfast is good enough, even the same dishes every day (we have been there 5 days) there is a variety so you can find what you prefer, so recommended. The room was missing some necessary accessories like toothbrushes (have been provided upon request) and slippers. I can recommend this hotel for stay....

This is a great hotel to stay if you want to explore the historic zone in Madrid. The room was spacious and the bathroom was perfect for my disabled husband, with shower bars and wide walls. The bed was ok and the blackout curtains help us rest a fun recharge. The breakfast buffet style was good with a lot of choices. Some of staff were very kind and friendly....

We stayed at the Regente for a week. We had read mixed reviews but from the first minutes of our arrival at the hotel we knew it would be just fine. Reception staff were helpful throughout our stay and communication was no problem. Breakfast was very good with courteous staff - one has to keep in mind this is a three star hotel not the Marriot. The hotel is close to the Grand Via, very loudly street, full of shops. 20 min walking to Prado and Retiro. 10 min to Plaza Mayor. Big room and bathroom. There is no set to prepare a tea. Breakfast full of sweet, delicious brioche, croissants. Excellent place for city break. ...

Excellent hotel for a great stay in Madrid , good price, excellent location. The room was clean and spacious. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and kind. the housekeeper are very nice, good restaurants and metro so close to hotel, the view exceptional.
