An exellenet experience, espesialy the services that the hotel offers..very convinient for someone firsy visited Madrid because the staff is very helpfull and provide as much as possible of what you are looking for..the surrounding also is exellent...

Our flight was early. Breakfast start 7:00, we want to get breakfast at 06:50 with our 7 years old child. They say NO. They didnt give anything like bread, drink etc.before 7am. ...

Waste of money and bad location

Found a used razor blade in the bathroom which is not mine. AC made loud noise all night. Rattling sound. Room is way too small for 3 people which I paid extra money for it. Not close to train station. I am not a bird. It cannot be 5 min from station as it was described. Takes at least 15-20 min with luggage including coming down the stairs. For the money I paid it was the worst. Not worth the money at all ...
