Better than a hostel.

Nice staff. Good budget hotel and in walking distance to all places youd want to go. I wish they went further in making us feel welcomed.
Here are some suggestions: replace the water bottles in the room cooler; fix the AC in room 507; and, dont let people smoke so close to the entrance of the building.
Hotel room was not impacted by outside noise. I was in a room with a balcony....

Fitting to be in the city

The hotel was pretty and clean, the room was not very spacious, the staff was kind and helpful, gave us tips of where to go to have dinner, the breakfast selections wasnt my favorite but the croissants were amazing. There was no steamer in room....

Convenience and value

This hotel was the pickup location for our tour so was convenient to stay there. The room price it seemed very reasonable especially in central Madrid. It was convenient, walkable to the central area. I think if you are looking for convenience and a reasonable price, this could be a good choice. There was nothing wrong with the hotel, but it was just average....

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is decent and spacious. Rooms were clean if a little compact. The surrounding area has a number of run down buildings but the location is fairly good being around 15 minutes walk to Plaza Mayor and a few more from the Palace and Cathedral. Wonderful Hotel

Johana on reception was so friendly and helpful. Our room on the 5th floor with a large terrace was perfect. comfy beds and lovely bathroom. Had the buffet breakfast on our last day for £10 each, Fantastic value, varied selection. The location of hotel is great, lots of wee shops and supermarkets, coffee shops, unusual bars. 10 min walk to Plaza Mayor. Would highly recommend the hotel, staff and location....
